“​I am responding to your reply on Google because, unfortunately, you are misleading customers. ​When we were booking the car and chose the drop-off time for 8:00 AM, there was absolutely no information stating that an extra fee of €20 would apply. Such information and fee adjustments were only displayed for pickups/drop-offs starting from 7:00 AM. However, when we arrived on site, the lady informed us that we had to pay an additional €20 if we wanted to return the car at 8:00 AM. ​Furthermore, when the car broke down—specifically when the battery died—we explicitly told the staff that the battery was the issue. Despite this, you tried to convince us that the battery was brand new. Upon checking it, it turned out to be 8 years old. Fair enough, your team arrived relatively quickly and swapped the car for another one, but in the end, it was indeed the battery. It feels quite unprofessional to insist that a part is brand new when a customer clearly identifies what is broken and is proven right. ​I see that you have already updated this on your website now, and the search engine correctly shows the extra fee for 8:00 AM drop-offs.”

“Expérience globalement mitigée. C’est la seule agence qui a accepté de nous réserver des quads à l’avance pour une seule journée, donc je reconnais ce point positif. Ils ont toujours été polis, jamais désagréables. Mais l’organisation, elle, laisse vraiment à désirer. À notre arrivée le matin, aucun quad n’était réellement réservé, malgré nos échanges de mails. Résultat : il n’en restait qu’un, et j’ai dû prouver ma réservation en montrant tous les messages. Ils ont fini par trouver une solution, en nous donnant un quad qui semblait avoir été mis de côté, que j’ai dû aller récupérer au parking. Bon, au final, nous avions nos quads, donc j’ai pris ça avec philosophie. Ensuite, la gestion du carburant est… particulière. On nous montre un trait sur la jauge pour indiquer “où ça doit être”, sans vrai repère. Chez nous, c’est simple : on prend plein, on rend plein. Là, nous avons pris le quad avec ¼ de plein et l’avons rendu avec le plein complet, histoire d’être carrés. Autre souci : un cache moteur manquait sur mon quad. Mon mollet a passé la journée collé au moteur… résultat, une belle brûlure. J’en parle en arrivant : un petit “oh désolée”, et c’est tout. Pas de vérification des quads, pas un regard sur les réservoirs. On nous dit juste d’aller les garer au parking. Pour finir, on nous annonce que le bus d’en face passe toutes les 10 minutes. En réalité, c’est toutes les 30 minutes. Ce n’est pas une agence de voyage, certes, mais donner des infos approximatives quand on dépend du bus, c’est embêtant. Heureusement, la journée en quad était géniale, on s’est régalés. Mais pour l’agence en elle‑même : sympathiques, oui, mais clairement pas rigoureux. On sent qu’ils font “comme ça vient”. Et pour preuve, Voici une photo du contrat pour prouver que c'est un contrat motoride de leur quad vu en photo sur leur agence, je ne me trompe pas d'agence je sais où je suis rentrée tout de même qu'elle mal honnêteté jusqu'au bout en plus ...”

“Szuper autókölcsönző, maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk a kiszolgálással! Habár a majdnem 3 órás járatkésés miatt az éjszaka közepén érkeztünk meg, megvártak bennünket, kijöttek a reptérre, és egy nagyjából 5 perces papírmunka után már indulhattunk is a szállásra. Egyébként a csatolt képen látható vadonatúj Kia Piacantot kaptuk, ami tökéletes választás a sziget szűk utcáihoz és nehézkes parkolásokhoz. Előleget nem kellett fizetni, volt lehetőség teljeskörű biztosításra (mindezt a legjobb áron), gyors és gördülékeny a kommunikáció WhatsApp-on. Ha úgy adódna, ismét őket választanánk! :)”
