This 1.5-hour experience in Neochori, Lefkimmi is a production visit followed by three paired pours. The useful narrative begins outside among the vines, passes through the working winery and ends in the tasting area. It is not a bar flight transplanted into the countryside.
Read the vineyard before tasting the wine
The estate walk introduces Corfu’s viticultural setting and the family’s process. Kakotrigis is the named local grape in the product description, so ask which glass contains it, how it behaves in the vineyard and whether the bottle is varietal or blended. The answer is more informative than repeating that a grape is “ancient”.

Follow decisions through the cellar
The tour covers production through bottling. Useful questions concern harvest timing, temperature control, vessel choice and how the winery handles a warm growing season. Visitors should not expect access to every operational area during active work; hygiene and safety can limit the route.
What visitors see also changes with the agricultural calendar. Green vines, ripe fruit, active fermentation and a quiet cellar occur at different times. Booking photographs illustrate the estate but cannot guarantee that harvesting or production will be underway during a particular visit.

Compare white, red and rosé with the snack
The current inclusion is three glasses—white, red and rosé—plus a traditional snack using fresh ingredients and cheese. Taste each wine before and after the food to see what changes. The snack is a pairing, not a full meal. Vegetarian or allergen requirements need confirmation because bread, dairy and garden produce are all possible components.
Compare colour first, then aroma, acidity, body and finish. Water and spitting are normal tasting tools, not discourtesy. Nobody is required to finish three pours. Ask which bottles are produced entirely from estate fruit, what vintage is being served and whether the rosé’s style changes between harvests.
Children or non-drinkers need a clearly agreed alternative if they attend. The current product is sold to adults; do not infer a child programme from the family-owned character of the winery.

Transport determines who can taste
The meeting point is at the winery in southern Corfu and transfer is not listed as an inclusion. Nominate a sober driver or arrange transport that does not depend on everyone drinking. The product currently marks the venue unsuitable for wheelchair users; anyone with limited mobility should ask about the vineyard surface, steps and seating rather than assuming the lounge resolves access.
If purchasing wine, ask how bottles should be stored in a hot vehicle and check luggage rules before accepting packaging. Sales are separate from the stated three-glass tasting.
For a shorter urban comparison, see the five-variety wine tasting. The transport guide can help frame the journey south, but the winery pin remains authoritative.
