Four Hours on a Lagoon Catamaran: Anchor Time Beats a Long Route

A four-hour private catamaran works best when the group chooses one stretch of Corfu’s north-east coast and protects time at anchor. Barbati, Kerasia and Stroggylo are suggested examples, not three guaranteed calls. The captain must balance sailing distance, sea conditions and the group’s preference for swimming, paddleboarding or staying on deck.

Deck space is the product’s practical advantage

The side nets and broad deck allow passengers to spread out in a way that a small speedboat cannot. Fresh towels, a toilet, wireless internet and a Bluetooth speaker are listed onboard. Snorkel equipment and one stand-up paddleboard support the stops, subject to safe anchorage and individual ability.

Food is light, and fuel needs clarification

The food provision consists of nachos and a granola snack. Included beverages cover bottled water, fizzy drinks and a selection of beer, wine and Prosecco; restaurant lunch is not part of it. The sales page lists “all fees and taxes” among inclusions but separately shows a fuel surcharge among exclusions. Ask for the final fuel treatment in writing before payment. The yacht is moored in Gouvia’s PRL 122 docking area; carry identification. Public buses numbered 7, A10 and A12 stop near the marina. Wheelchair users are excluded. Bad weather may shorten or alter the proposed itinerary, lead to rescheduling, or cause operator cancellation.
