The current sales copy for product 268437 describes a four-hour guided visit to Achilleion Palace, a traditional boat trip through Paleokastritsa’s caves with swimming, and an Old Town tour. Recent verified customers describe a materially different service: transport with a driver, the palace interior unavailable, and boat or beach activities paid separately. Do not treat the promotional itinerary as confirmed until the operator answers the questions below in writing.

Question one: what part of Achilleion can be entered?

The description still refers to walking through palace rooms and gardens. A verified August 2026 review says the building was closed and only exterior areas could be visited; another customer reports paying a separate entrance charge. Access at a heritage site can change, but that makes date-specific confirmation essential. Ask whether the interior is open for your departure and whether any admission is included in the selected booking.

A photograph of the palace does not establish that its interior is accessible on a particular date.

Question two: is the Paleokastritsa boat actually included?

The highlight text promises sailing, caves, isolated beaches and a swim. The live inclusion block, however, names hotel pickup and drop-off but places “entry for museums/activities” outside the base package. A recent booking review explicitly states that the boat was optional and paid by the customer. Confirm the operator, duration and cost of any boat segment; otherwise plan for Paleokastritsa as a transport stop with free time.

Boat services in Paleokastritsa are common, but the evidence does not support assuming this one is bundled.

Question three: licensed guide or private driver?

The page advertises a live English-speaking guide and “skip the ticket queue.” Customer reports repeatedly refer to a friendly or knowledgeable driver and, in one case, say there was no tour. Ask for the name and role of the person accompanying the group: a transport driver can provide useful local commentary, but that is not equivalent to a licensed guided visit inside protected monuments.

The gallery ranges across Corfu landmarks, but the four-hour product needs a precise, current stop list.

Three distant areas in four hours leave little margin after hotel collection and road time. Request a timed route showing how long remains at Achilleion, Paleokastritsa and the historic centre. The Old Town guide can help you judge whether the proposed town segment has substance; the Corfu boat guide provides context for booking a defined marine product separately.
