“ATTENZIONE TRUFFA! FATE SEMPRE L'ASSICURAZIONE AGGIUNTIVA Ci hanno rovinato la vacanza! Non mi va di perdere tempo a scrivere tutto lo schifo accaduto, long story short: rischio di perdere la prenotazione all'arrivo e 650 euro di danno da pagare per un puntino di 0,3 cm al ritorno. Imparate dalla mia esperienza: 1) Se il volo fa tardi, lo sapete in anticipo quindi chiamateli e spostate l'orario di ritiro, avete comunque 1h di ritardo concesso rispetto all'orario prestabilito, ma meglio non rischiare (ricordate che Corfù è un'ora in avanti rispetto alla maggior parte dei paesi EU) 2) se avete bagagli pesanti, uno di voi rimane in aeroporto e chi ha fatto la prenotazione prende i suoi documenti e la carta di credito e va a prendere la macchina 3) Fate il video da quando arrivate in ufficio, non parlano bene inglese e sono scarsi con la tecnologia, lenti e confusionari con le scartoffie ma sbrigativi e caotici a fare vedere la macchina . 4) Fate poi il video della macchina dentro e fuori, poi le foto IN MANIERA SCRUPOLOSA e comunicate subito tutto quello che vi infastidisce senza pietà perchè loro al ritiro non ne avranno. Quindi modello macchina diverso da quello richiesto, macchina con cattivo odore, macchina sporca, poca benzina ecc. Mandate email appena arrivati all'alloggio su com'è andato il viaggio: freni e frizione, motore, rumori strani, ruote e pneumatici. Chiedete poi di avere subito le foto fatte da loro (io non le ho mai ricevute) così vi rimane tutto scritto come prova. 5) Quando dovete restituire la macchina mettete il carburante in un paesino di passaggio piuttosto che a Corfù città perchè vi costa meno 6) Alla restituzione fate video come la prima volta, cercheranno di impappinarvi il cervello da subito. Sappiate che il minimo graffio anche il più piccolo fa il loro gioco, è il loro lavoro sono formati e addestrati per questo e lo fanno da anni. Se dovessero trovarne uno, non fatevi prendere dal panico, non fatevi provocare, non fate fiutare la paura perchè sono come squali che sentono il sangue e che puntano a farvirifiutare di pagare così si tengono l'intera caparra. Ho discusso fino all'ultimo e mi hanno fatto uno sconto di cento euro sui danni da pagare (fa già ridere così, non aggiungo altro) Sono gli operatori più maleducati, poco professionali, per niente empatici, non comunicativi, incapaci e disorganizzati che io abbia mai incontrato. 7) IMPORTANTE: Mi rivolgo soprattutto a chi viene la prima volta sull'isola, andate piano e con calma. Arrivare in un posto 20 minuti più tardi è meglio che non arrivarci. Non affidatevi alle velocità indicate su maps perchè spesso fuorvianti, se avessimo guidato a 90kmh dove diceva l'app avremmo spiccato il volo. Sull'isola i locals corrono perchè hanno manualità nelle manovre e conoscenza della zona, si sentono padroni e supereroi. Non provate ad imitarli, ci sono tantissime curve e tornanti, strade strette e sterrate a doppio senso, quindi tenetevi larghi verso l'esterno soprattutto di notte quando l'illuminazione scarseggia. Ci sono gatti e gattini ovunque, è casa loro quindi siete voi che dovete avere piede leggero, occhi sulla strada e riflessi pronti. Abbiamo tanta esperienza e la patente da 15 anni ma anche tanti amici che non ci sono più, la sicurezza è tutto. Buona estate 2O26”

“They charged me **€600** for two scratches underneath the front bumper that I did not cause. Unfortunately, the photos I took did not show that area because the scratches were on the underside of the bumper. The car already had many small scratches and marks in different places. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They took my money for damage I did not cause, treating me as if I were responsible. It felt like they were stealing my money by charging me for scratches that weren't mine.”

“If you do not have a credit card avoid the place. Funnily enough, you CAN book without a credit card, BUT ONLY if you pay their full insurance, which is 40 euros per day - basically doubling the price we initially booked for. I understand reading the fine print, but it seems everything around the payment system is made to make you pay more then you initially anticipated. Considering, that usually you are in a desperate situation, they take advantage of that. A customer-focused company would make everything possible for you to have the best experience, unfortunately this seems like a company that tries to make as much money as possible during the season.”

“Conmen. 1. It’s about 500 metres from the terminal building. Not the 150 metres they state 2. When collecting the car it’s all very rushed. They try and rip you off with them being very busy in the hope you accept the car in its current state without inspecting it. 3. They tell you they will send you images - to verify state of car on collection. 4. You leave and some hours or so later you receive a set of images - not of the car on that date but sometime previously showing no damage nor the disgusting dirty interior. 5. When you return they go straight the the first scratch on the front bumper and accuse you of damage and attempt to make you pay 6. However as soon as I showed them that I had a clear image of the said damage they made no attempt to look at any other part of the exterior. They realised they had been caught out and I had images of every panel of the car in its disgusting state. 7. So they then claim that I was returning the car with insufficient fuel and again attempt to charge me. 8. Showed them my very clear photo of the fuel gauge. 9 All of a sudden everything was ok. They had lost their battle to rip me off and they changed their form to indicate the true reading of the fuel gauge that I had recorded and not what they claimed to be a 3/4 tank and not the actual 1/2 tank. 10 BEWARE of their very sweet agents when filling in the forms. They try and give you a very false sense of niceness. They are not nice. They are not good people.”
