“Profondément déçue. Nous sommes arrivés après une annulation de vol, épuisé. La dame de l’agence nous demande de lui dire quand nous serons devant l’aéroport, de la, elle démarre seulement pour venir nous récupérer (15min d’attente). Elle nous amène au bureau afin de faire les papiers. Une perte de temps sans nom et une dame tellement désagréable nous accueille. Je ne connais pas son nom mais de longs cheveux noirs et très peu patiente. Nous n’avions souscris à aucune assurance. De la, elle m’explique avec aucun professionnalisme que si je ne souscris pas à ses deux assurances je vais devoir payer pour chacune 899€ de caution. C’est lunaire, je n’avais jamais entendu ce genre d’absurdité !!! Nous souscrivons donc et cela ajoute 46€ à notre montant total. Pour le retour, je lui demande combien de temps il faut venir avant à l’agence pour rendre le véhicule car j’ai un ferry, elle me dit que c’est à moi de savoir, que c’est comme je veux. Très bien nous voilà partis pour 4j. 20min avant l’heure de retour indiqué sur le contrat, je reçois deux appels de l’agence, pour aucune raison, ni même un retard puisque j’étais en avance et en train de conduire pour arriver. Au retour, nous arrivons 1h30 avant notre ferry, la dame nous accuse d’avoir fait une rayure. Elle me demande si j’ai des photos du véhicule, je lui dis que oui. Elle ne les regarde même pas alors que la rayure était bien visible mais elle préfère regarder sur sa tablette, qui ne fonctionne pas soit dit en passant. Je lui montre avec insistance la vidéo, elle me dit que ce n’est pas à cet endroit alors que juste avant elle m’avait montré sur le dessin et c’était ici. Je lui demande de re vérifier ensemble devant le véhicule et la vidéo datée, elle fait comme si elle ne comprenait pas et parle à sa collègue en grec. Je lui explique que moi je n’ai rien fais au véhicule et que je suis pressée car le bateau m’attend. Et là, elle m’explique avec un tel culot que je devais venir 2h avant pour rendre le véhicule et avoir mon bateau. De là, je me suis énervée car juste au moment de la récupération du véhicule, elle m’avait dit que c’était comme je voulais. Ce n’est pas acceptable, il faut être clair dès le début, 1h30 c’est déjà très bien, à vous d’avoir une tablette qui fonctionne. Après 15 min d’attente sans aucun mot de sa part à fouiller dans ses papiers et sa tablette, elle me dit enfin que c’est bon on peut y aller. Je trouve ça vraiment regrettable d’être accueillie de la sorte en tant que client. Quand on travaille en agence de location de voitures, il y a des manières de faire les choses proprement sans accuser le client à tord et en étant à l’écoute. Cela éviterait bien des problèmes.”
