About this place

Exploring Corfu on Two Wheels: Corfu Moto Rent in Dassia

There’s something special about discovering Corfu, Greece at your own pace—the warm morning light gilding olive leaves, the scent of wild herbs as you ride past quiet villages, pine-shaded lanes that suddenly open onto shimmering blue sea. In Dassia, one of the most scenic corners of the island, Corfu Moto Rent makes it easy to slip into this rhythm and design your own adventure.

Why Choose Motorbike or Scooter Rental in Corfu?

Corfu is all about freedom—the freedom to stop at a roadside taverna, pull over for unscheduled beach time, or explore hilltop villages draped in bougainvillea. With traffic often lighter than on the mainland and distances manageable, renting a scooter or small motorbike is a practical, enjoyable way to get around.

Corfu Moto Rent, located right in Dassia, offers a range of two-wheeled rentals to suit both solo travellers and pairs, giving you maximum flexibility to enjoy Corfu attractions far from the main roads. Whether you’re curious about quiet coves, local festivals, or simply want to chase the sunset, you can do so on your own timetable.

Dassia: Your Gateway to the Island

Dassia is a great base to begin exploring. Tucked along Corfu’s northeast coast, it combines a cosmopolitan beach strip with a slower village pace just inland. Step out early, and you’ll find fishermen mending nets by the shore and cafés opening their shutters. By late morning, the beach comes alive with swimmers and families under the shade of tamarisk trees.

Set out from Dassia by scooter and you can follow winding coastal roads or veer uphill amongst olive groves. The ever-present salt air and sounds of distant church bells are your travelling companions.

Where Two Wheels Can Take You

  • Beach-hopping: Don’t settle for just one stretch of sand. Try Ipsos for lively cafés, or venture further north toward Agni Bay for a quiet swim.
  • Mountain villages: Ride inland to places like Ano Korakiana—winding roads, glimpses of the sea, and traditional village charm.
  • Corfu Town: Park outside the historic centre and wander the old fort, arcaded streets, and shaded squares with ease.
  • Day trips in Corfu: Reach less-visited monasteries, picnic in pine groves overlooking the Ionian, or simply follow the curve of the island until you spot the perfect taverna for lunch.

Tips for a Smoother Ride

  • Bring your driving license, and check if an International Driving Permit is needed for your country.
  • Local traffic etiquette: Watch for small trucks or goats on rural lanes, and take hills gently—views are best enjoyed unhurried.
  • Stay hydrated: Corfu’s summer heat rewards early starts and shaded afternoon pauses.

Making the Most of Your Day in Dassia and Beyond

After a morning ride, Dassia offers plenty of places to linger. Jump in for a midday swim, sip strong Greek coffee by the water, or stroll to a family-run restaurant as bells ring out the early afternoon. For a romantic place in Corfu or a family-friendly base, this village suits both moods.

Planning Ahead

Details such as opening hours, availability, prices, or seasonal arrangements can change, so it is worth checking directly before you go. Booking ahead—especially for peak summer weekends—will help secure your first-choice vehicle.

Whether you’re visiting Corfu’s best-known attractions or carving your own path through the olive-covered hills, two wheels from Corfu Moto Rent in Dassia can turn a simple journey into a day of vivid local discoveries.

“Siamo stati una settimana a Corfù e abbiamo noleggiato da loro una moto enduro.Sono stati molto precisi, puntuali e attenti. La moto era in buone condizioni ,non abbiamo avuto problemi. È stato molto semplice e veloce ritirarla e riconsegnarlo. Grazie allo staff.”

“As far as I can tell, it's a good place. We had no problems on the way, so no potential hassle with the company either. We rented a 125cc scooter. It looked new and rode fine. Even going up the slope at Kalmanaki Beach, the thing handled fine with two people on it. The roads on Corfu feel like heavy turbulence on a plane with the occasional air pocket. So, it sucks. One more thing. You are going to tour the island. When you get to the east side of Corfu, watch your mobile. You are near Albania. That is Zone 2. So, expensive MBs: €5 per MB. Turn mobile data and roaming OFF. The scooter rental was fine. Everything seems to be in good order. The owner is a friendly and funny man. Plenty of choice: regular scooters, motorbikes, and quads. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll go back there.”
