“Love coming here Relaxing Holiday - This is definitely a hidden gem.”

K KellyOct 2025

“We booked a 10 day holiday here in September a group booking of 8, This is our experience. Firstly we arrived just after midnight unfortunately everything was closed in the local area we wasn’t to worried thinking they would have left a couple of complimentary bottles of water however there was none, also when we arrived there was no staff to greet us or show us our apartments. Another couple arrived and had the same problem and addressed it and kept being told it was not there problem they don’t no what time they would arrive, why should they supply water I don’t think they understood the bigger problem. A few days into our stay we had a big storm that unfortunately caused a power cut, baring in mind we were self catering all our food was in the fridge we wasn’t to worried thinking they would have back up generators they did not we were nearly 36 hours with no power, We was not offered any bottles of water, candles ECT we were left to just deal with it we went out to buy candles and supplies we gave some to other guest including a elderly couple. We were lucky to have a flushing toilet some of the other guest wasn’t so lucky they never came to check on any of us or keep us updated on the situation. We were literally just left in the dark. The staff were saying they have lost out as there ice cream had defrosted and had to be thrown away, It would have been nice to offer the kids an ice cream however nothing. The rooms were clean but very dated, the bathrooms could have done with a deep clean. Our check out time was late afternoon but we had to be out by 10 we asked if we could keep one of the rooms on until check out they said yes as there was no one in there to the previous morning yet they charged us. ( After the 36 hours of no electricity we thought they would have said this is on us.) After reading some of the previous reviews we thought the strip would be 10 min walk it was about a 20 minute walk and not well lit on our roads with the lack of pavements it’s very dangerous especially with children with us. The swimming pool was lovely however the slide was not open which was very disappointing for the kids when asked why they didn’t no why it was closed. Would we return there NO, was it worth the price No however can not fault Sidari it was lovely.”

“I wasn't feeling well because of the hot weather, we stopped nearby, the owner helped us, they brought a chair and cold water for me and let me use their restroom. I'm very grateful. Thank you.”
