“I'll start with the positives. The hotel is in a great location that offers a short two-minute walk to the beach, lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, supermarkets and more. And that's the only plus of the hotel. The beach is great, almost no one from the hotel went there and most of them were lounging around the hotel pools. Which was a shame for them, but an advantage of the empty beach for us. I recommend the Barocco bar, great iced coffee and staff. The hotel looks good from the outside. We got a room in two superior with an extra bed, so we can't complain about the size like other accommodations. But the bathroom was catastrophic.... Poorly designed, unfinished. Mold around the bathtub, a glass screen on the bathtub that didn't hold even a milliliter of water and we flooded the bathroom every time. Fortunately, there was a drain in the middle of the bathroom.... Everything was shoddy, unfinished. Any decent bricklayer would be knocking himself on the head. Practically no storage space. The wardrobe was huge, but only 6 hangers and two shelves… plus we had an extra bed on which we put everything. The air conditioning didn’t matter whether you set it to 16 or 22 degrees. You were cold if you turned it off, hot… Another thing is the room cleaning. The hotel changes towels every two days and bed linen in the middle of the week. It was bearable with towels, but in that heat you sweat a lot and it’s not very hygienic to sleep in them for that long. But that’s up to everyone’s preferences. Once they didn’t give us towels at all. And the receptionist we talked to assured us that they had to give us them and that we had looked everywhere. That the cleaners were infallible. However, as we talked to other guests, it was definitely not the first time and it didn’t just concern towels. The worst thing in this hotel is the food. Or rather the choice of food. We had all-inclusive mainly because the travel agency did not offer any other food options during this period. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always repeated. There was little choice and we immediately overate it within three days. We did not even want to go to the dining room and we went to eat, including breakfast, in the adjacent restaurants. So in the end the holiday cost us another X thousand more. I read that the food in the hotel was repetitive and I thought that people were probably exaggerating and spoiled. But it really was not possible. Everything was shoddy, semi-finished products. The drinks were a disaster, post-mixed low-quality drinks and water. Everything else was very expensive, despite the fact that we had all-inclusive. The coffee was terrible, I wouldn't even call it coffee. It was disgusting! The restaurant staff, or rather the dish cleaners, would collect your plate as soon as you had eaten the last bite, which was quite unpleasant. We had a first-hand experience of the entertainment program from the balcony. Almost no one went there because no one knew much about it. The program was terrible, a guy sitting behind a laptop playing music and waiting to go home. The location was indescribably convenient. The greenbus stop was right next to the hotel. We traveled the entire island and it was a wonderful 11 days. But the hotel really doesn't make sense for this price. Next time I would look around and find a different hotel or Airbnb. It's clear that they have everything on budget to save money and squeeze as much money out of tourists as possible. Fortunately, we were basically just staying at the hotel for a night. We didn't let this hotel ruin our vacation and we will remember it well, but definitely not because of this hotel.”
