“The hotel itself is nice and has two pool areas, one for relaxation, which also features the same music, which is pleasant. The food selection is okay, adequate. However, when many dishes are mixed together, it's not specified whether it contains pork, beef, chicken, or something else; it's just listed by name. If you're unfamiliar with the menu, you might order something you don't like, but as I said, it's perfectly fine. The wine and beer are available on tap, and you can fill them yourself, but of course, that costs extra and unfortunately isn't included in the half-board package. This is quite common. The staff tries hard, but I think the hotel's policy isn't very good. We ordered wine, and they immediately came with the dispenser and tried to collect payment. We said we had to pay, and they said yes. Then we said we didn't want it. Then they said, "Sorry, we've already paid for you." So we had to pay nine euros for two glasses of wine, and the wine really wasn't even worth the price. Regarding the rooms: We have a suite here, which is very spacious and has a TV with internet access. You can watch Netflix and YouTube, everything. That's a pretty big plus in my opinion. Housekeeping does its job. Now, let's talk about the hotel's policy: they don't change the bed sheets, and there are no fresh towels. So you end up sweating through the sheets and then have to sleep in them for several more days. The same goes for the towels. I mean, a four-star hotel should at least offer this service. The hotel's location is a two-minute walk directly on the beach. The beach is perfectly fine. The water is nice and calm, sometimes with a few small waves. A bus comes every 20-30 minutes and takes you wherever you want to go. It has a set route, so if you want to go to the city, there's another option: they'll take you there, with a pick-up time and then a return time. However, there's also the option of taking other buses. For these reasons, and considering the price, I wouldn't give this hotel four stars.”

“Pros: location and pool. Breakfast is also ok. Cons: zero to terrible Internet, no hot water after 8-9 at night, tiny bathrooms, cleaning staff fighting and loudly cursing in Greek (yes, I do speak Greek).”
