“Excellent value for money and a top spot right on the beach! The owners are super sweet and helpful, and we really enjoyed seeing that it is a friendly family business. The rooms are basic but fine for the price you pay. From the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the sea, truly fantastic! Sometimes there were some problems with the electricity/hot water, but this was resolved quickly. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are super tasty too! The only downside was the unfriendly cleaning lady who got very angry with us because we asked for toilet paper when we ran out; apparently, she was off that day, but we didn't know this because she had said the day before that she would be coming by the next day. Because of this, she stayed angry with us for the entire holiday. Anyway, she stands apart from the friendly owners and other staff who are very nice, and the location is simply superb! Had a wonderful holiday, thanks! :)”

“Ideal place for a solo traveller, the view is just amazing!! The staff are excellent and work very hard to please arriving guests. I gave them a few requests and they always resolved them promptly and efficiently. The food is really nice, calamari was my favourite and I had a traditional Greek dish. If you've been Greece before, you will know about the dodgy plumbing and hand held showers and its not a Greek adventure if don't get stuck to the shower curtain. That's part of the fun! The kitchenette is adequate for making breakfast and lunch. If theres anything you need, just ask (i wanted to chop fruit etc). The nearest supermarket (Chandris) is a short walk away and had everything you may need, although Katarina's is the only fruit and veg shop i believe (10 mins walk). I am lactose intolerant so it was great to see Lactose free UHT milk in Chandris. I was on the ground floor with a lovely little balcony looking onto the garden next door. There was a fig tree and 2 small vines and it was very peaceful, you would never know you were in Kavos. I guess September is different to peak season. It's 1 street back from the end of the resort with lots of bars, restaurants and shops but only 5 mins from the main strip. Just off a little walkway at Pablos restaurant which also has excellent food. So overall-its great value for money, in an idea location and the rooms are decorated nicely but you go for the view from the bar/restaurant. I can't wait for the flights to be released for next year and get it booked again. I cant get enough of that view and hearing the ocean and just totally relaxing.”

“Decadent towels in the bathroom every 3 days for me if they gave me a week I would refuse or had to take water with the bucket to throw it in the toilet because the toilet didn't have enough thrust score 4- minus”
